Locations of Proposed Zoning Amendments
The zoning change is proposed in an area already committed for a new road needed for the 4,500 residence plus 750,000 sqare feet of commercial space in the Ten Trails Master Planned Development.

Below is the location of Pipeline Road and the North Connector.  If this road is loaded with dense development, existing Roberts Drive and 288th St will see increased traffic congestion.  The Pipeline Road was supposed to remove congestion from these neighborhood streets.
